Do you require a membership to place an order?

How do you take payment?

We accept payments through e-mail money transfer (e-transfer). More information on e-mail money transfer payments.

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?

DopeThings ordering is on a first come, first served basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment as soon as possible. If your payment isn’t sent within 12 hours, your order will be cancelled.

How do you ship my orders?

All orders are sent via Canada Xpresspost. Your order is shipped as soon as we receive your e-transfer payment.

How can I track my order?

Your order details and tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have an account with us, you can also check the orders page.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Customers can expect to receive their orders in two to five business days upon payment verification.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number from us. Enter the tracking number on the Canada Post website to track the status of the package.

What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap (damaged or lost package)?

In the event of lost packages, we’ll re-send your order to you at no cost, subject to availability. We reserve the right to not re-send in the event of multiple mishaps or if we suspect suspicious activity.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last shipping address you used to checkout will be saved to your account. When you are checking out, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Checking out as a guest means your information will not be saved in the ways described above.
